Allow 2 to 4 weeks for overseas orders. For back orders within Australia allow 2 weeks.
Always specify Australian size if possible when ordering .
Specify any additional concerns or problems. Prices are subject to change without notice, due to fluctuation of the dollar and custom charges. Money orders, personal cheque's or direct deposit to our bank accepted.
Shipping and packing is not included in the advertised prices.
Our return policy?
Return Policy for our Custom designs: As these shoes are custom-made for you, they are non-refundable. Please make sure you clearly specify the exact size, design, color, and heel-height you desire. If there is a problem with a shoe that you have ordered, you may return it to fix the problem. We will reimburse your shipping costs upon request.
Try them on on a clean, soft surface, and only if there is a problem, return in original boxes, to the return address on the box, with a copy of the e-mail and Invoice and a note describing the issue you would like fixed. The shoes will be returned to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please e-mail

before attempting to return your shoes. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs . You should insure all returned shoes, as credit will not be given for shoes lost during shipment.
